These terms govern FunnelsGenius, operated by Pedro Moreira and Ana Dias in Portugal. Contact hello@funnelsgenius.com. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 and legally able to accept these terms.
• Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One personal account per person. You remain responsible for activity carried out through your account.

Free service and availability

The current membership and listed resources are provided without charge. We may add, remove, or update resources and features, but will not impose a charge without clearly presenting the price and obtaining your express agreement first. We may perform maintenance or suspend features for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Licence and intellectual property

FunnelsGenius and its original lessons, videos, PDFs, branding, and site content remain owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access resources for learning and adapt expressly provided templates in your own projects. You may not resell, publish, sublicense, repackage, or redistribute gated content, nor remove ownership notices.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law, infringe rights, harass others, upload malware, probe security, evade access controls, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service.
• Do not share accounts, protected download links, or video tokens publicly.
• Do not misrepresent FunnelsGenius content, outcomes, endorsements, or your relationship with us.

Educational information and your responsibility

Content is general educational information, not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Examples and testimonials do not promise earnings or specific results. You are responsible for checking suitability, lawfulness, accuracy, and third-party terms before using a strategy or template.

Suspension and ending your account

You may delete your account at any time in account settings. We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary for serious or repeated breaches, security threats, fraud, legal requirements, or discontinuation. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, third-party services, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Because the service is free, resources are supplied on an as-available basis, but we will use reasonable care in operating the service.

Changes, law, and disputes

We may update these terms for legal, security, or service changes. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email where appropriate and apply prospectively. Portuguese law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Portuguese courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer forum rights.
